The headache was the first thing.
A dull, deep throb that cut through his skull as if someone had driven a hot iron behind his eyes. Leo tried to open them and the light hit him with an artificial intensity, too clean, too perfect. The sky above him was not sky: it was a dome of saturated blue with clouds that moved on a loop. The ground under his back had the texture of metal painted white and pink.
He tried to sit up and the weight betrayed him.
There was something heavy on his chest. Two firm curves that pulled downward when he moved. He looked down and saw the characteristic suit: white and blue, the pronounced neckline, the pink bunny emblem right in the center. The hands he placed on the ground were smaller, with perfect nails. Between his legs there was only a soft bulge covered by the tight fabric of the suit.
It was not his body.
Panic rose in his throat, but the voice that came out was high, almost childish:
“What…?”
He touched his face. Soft skin, fuller lips, long brown hair falling over his shoulders. He knew exactly what he looked like. He had seen that face hundreds of times on screens, on posters, on the desk of…
Kai.
The name hit his memory like a second impact.
He tried to remember. The images arrived in fits and starts, disordered:
Kai in his workshop, surrounded by screens and cables, talking nonstop about artificial intelligence and how one day he would manage to compact enough computing power to create a real companion.
Kai showing him sketches and 3D models of D.Va, the character he had been obsessed with since university.
Kai calling him one afternoon with a voice trembling with excitement:
“I did it. Come. Now.”
Leo remembered driving to the improvised laboratory in the basement of Kai’s building. He remembered the enormous machine, the neural interface helmet, his friend’s nervous smile. He remembered the smell of ozone and the growing hum…
Then the explosion.
Or at least that was what he thought he had felt.
Now he was here. In a world that screamed “fake” through every texture that was too clean, every perfect shadow, the total absence of real wind. And he occupied the exact body of the woman Kai had tried to build for years.
He stood up clumsily. The suit clung to the new skin in an obscene way. Every step made the breasts move and an unknown sensitivity run through his lower belly.
“Kai…” he whispered, and D.Va’s voice came out trembling. “What did you do to me?”
Only the artificial echo answered him.
The digital world was empty.
The sound arrived suddenly: a soft hum, like a portal opening.
Leo turned. A few meters away, the air distorted and a familiar figure emerged from it. At first he didn’t fully recognize it. The avatar was human, yes, but taller, more defined, with a black jacket he didn’t remember ever seeing on Kai. Until he spoke.
“Calm down. Everything is under control.”
It was Kai’s voice. Unmistakable.
“Kai? What the fuck is this? Where am I? Why… why do I have this body?”
Kai raised both hands in a calm, almost paternal gesture.
“There was an accident in the lab. The overload was greater than I calculated. Your physical body was… damaged. To save you I had to transfer your consciousness here, to one of the training environments I used with the AI. It’s temporary. I have a plan to get you out.”
Leo opened his mouth to keep asking, but he didn’t have time.
Kai raised two fingers and whispered a short command.
Both of their suits vanished like digital smoke.
Leo looked down and felt the cold air (or the simulation of cold air) against his naked skin. Round, firm breasts, flat belly, and between his legs a soft pink opening that shouldn’t exist. Panic rose in his throat again.
“Kai, what the fuck are you doing!”
Kai didn’t answer with words. Another invisible command ran through the world’s code. Leo’s body moved on its own. His knees bent, his back arched, and his hands braced against a railing so he wouldn’t fall. He was left exposed in the middle of the digital plaza, ass raised under the artificial sun.
“Don’t get worked up,” Kai said as he positioned himself behind him. “It’s part of the stabilization protocol. Your mind needs to anchor itself to the avatar or the transfer corrupts.”
Leo tried to crawl forward, tried to close his legs, tried to scream at him to stop. Nothing responded. D.Va’s body obeyed another owner.
He felt the hot tip press against his new entrance. A second later Kai pushed all the way in with a single thrust.
The scream that came out of Leo’s throat was high, broken, completely feminine. Pain and an absurd wave of pleasure mixed together. Every thrust made the breasts bounce and a treacherous heat rise up his spine. He tried to bite his lip, tried to stay silent, but the moans escaped anyway.
“Look… even your avatar knows what it needs,” Kai murmured, gripping his hips hard.
Leo insulted him between gasps. He called him sick, a traitor, a son of a bitch. Kai only sped up the rhythm. When he finally came inside, hot and deep, Leo trembled with an orgasm that tore a sob from him.
Kai pulled out. The digital cum ran down his thighs. A second later Kai’s avatar began to pixelate.
“I have limited time. I’ll be back soon. Don’t be scared… I’m working on it.”
And he disappeared.
Leo stayed on the ground, still on all fours, body trembling and the fictitious cum running over his new skin. The artificial sun kept shining as if nothing had happened.
He was alone again, naked, filled, and without any real answer.
Time inside the digital world made no sense.
There was no real hunger. No thirst. Only a dense loneliness that stuck to the skin like humidity. Leo walked for what felt like hours through empty streets, perfect plazas and buildings that repeated on a loop. D.Va’s suit had rematerialized on its own, tight and shiny, but he knew what was underneath. Every step reminded him of the weight of the breasts and the strange sensitivity between his legs.
When “night” came, the sky turned an artificial violet and the city lights all came on at once. Leo curled up against a wall and closed his eyes. The body didn’t need to sleep, but the mind did. And in that semi-darkness he began to notice the tingling. A low tingling in the breasts. A soft, insistent pulse between the lips. As if the avatar had needs of its own.
The next day (or what the system decided to call day) was the same.
Loneliness.
Silence.
And that strange craving for something salty that he didn’t know how to satisfy.
When the second night fell, the portal opened again.
This time Kai’s avatar was different: larger, broader, with a silhouette that barely seemed human. Dark skin, impossible shoulders, an already hard and thick cock hanging between his legs. He didn’t say a single word. He simply raised two fingers.
Leo’s body turned on its own. His knees touched the ground. His back arched. The suit disappeared again.
Kai positioned himself behind and entered with a single thrust.
There were no explanations. There was no “stabilization protocol.” Only deep, constant thrusts, the wet sound of digital skin against skin, and the moans Leo could no longer contain. This time the body yielded more easily. Every thrust tore a higher, more surrendered sound. When Kai came and disappeared again, Leo stayed trembling on the ground, cum running down his thighs, hating himself for how quickly he had reached orgasm.
The following days turned into a cruel routine.
Kai appeared with different avatars: sometimes human, sometimes monstrous, sometimes directly copied from other characters in the game. Always without warning. Always with the same result. Leo’s body put itself in the position the command ordered — on its knees, against the wall, straddling him — and accepted whatever came. At first he still insulted. Later he only moaned. Later… he began to wait for the sound of the portal.
The loneliness between visits was worse than the violations.
He began talking to himself. He began touching himself on the “nights” when the tingling became unbearable. He began asking Kai, every time he appeared, how the fix was going, how his real body was, how much time was left. Kai answered with vague statements and then used him again.
Leo stopped keeping track of the day and night cycles.
He stopped trying to escape the commands.
He stopped fighting the moans.
He became something that waited for the next connection with a mixture of fear and need. A digital doll that no longer asked “why”… only “when are you coming back.”
And the forest of code kept turning, indifferent, while the training continued.
He didn’t know how much time had passed.
It could have been weeks. It could have been months. Inside the digital world the days repeated without weight and the only real mark was Kai’s visits. Each one left him a little emptier and a little more used to it. He no longer screamed when the portal opened. He just stayed still, waiting for the command, feeling how D.Va’s body prepared itself on its own.
That time Kai appeared with his original human avatar. He approached without hurry, lifted his chin and smiled.
“Good news.”
Leo (or what was left of him inside that body) looked up with something resembling hope.
“Can I… can I go back now?”
“Your real body is ready,” Kai confirmed. “The training is finished. In real life only a couple of weeks have passed, even though it feels like much more here. I’m going to bring you back now.”
The relief was so intense that Leo’s knees went weak. For a second he recovered clarity: the real desire to return to his own body, to his own hands, to his own voice. He nodded hard.
“Do it. Please.”
Kai raised two fingers. The digital world dissolved into white light.
The awakening was different.
There was no longer an artificial sky or pink metal under his back. There was a real mattress, real sheets and the usual smell of disinfectant and electronics. Leo opened his eyes expecting to see the laboratory ceiling… and found a body that was not his.
He sat up with a jolt.
The breasts weighed exactly the same as in the game. The hair fell over his shoulders. He looked down and saw the same neckline, the same curve of waist, the same legs. He was naked. Completely. And between his legs there was only a soft, sensitive opening that contracted when the cold air brushed it.
It was not an avatar.
It was real.
“What…?”
Kai was sitting in a chair beside the bed, looking at him with a calm, almost proud smile. On one of the laboratory screens was the image Leo didn’t want to process: his previous body, now female, connected to a machine that was pushing a thick dildo in and out of him at a constant rhythm. The same rhythm he had felt for weeks in the digital world.
“Welcome back,” Kai said.
Leo tried to get up. His legs trembled. The voice that came out was D.Va’s, but this time it came from a throat of flesh and blood.
“What did you do to me? Give me back my body!”
Kai laughed softly, stood up and walked to the edge of the bed.
“Your body is exactly how I need it.
Now I’ll explain the rest.”
Kai sat on the edge of the bed and spoke with the same calm with which he used to explain his artificial intelligence projects.
“My research was stuck. Current technology doesn’t allow compacting enough computing power to create a conscious AI the size of a human brain. So I came up with something simpler: instead of building a mind from scratch… use one that already existed.”
He pointed at Leo’s chest, the real breasts that rose and fell with every agitated breath.
“Your brain is the most advanced computer I could get. The ‘accident’ was controlled. The explosion only knocked you out. While you were unconscious I administered the necessary hormone cocktail and blockers. Changing the body was the easy part. The hard part was the mind.”
Kai slid a hand over Leo’s thigh and he felt a treacherous shiver.
“That’s why I put you in D.Va’s training environment. Every day you spent there, every time I fucked you, every command you obeyed… was conditioning your response. Teaching your mind to accept this body. To need it. To need me.”
On the laboratory screen the machine kept pushing the dildo into the female body that had once been Leo’s. The same rhythm. The same angle.
“All this time you were being trained on two layers at once: body and mind. To turn you into the perfect girlfriend.”
Leo felt nausea. He wanted to hit him, wanted to scream, wanted to tear off his own skin. But when he tried to move, the body only trembled. Kai raised two fingers exactly as he had in the digital world and Leo’s voice caught in his throat.
“On your knees. On the bed. Four points.”
The body obeyed before the mind could fight. Leo found himself on all fours on the mattress, ass raised, face against the sheets. Rejection burned in his throat… and beneath that rejection a hot wetness was already running down his thighs.
Kai positioned himself behind, tore what little remained of the D.Va suit with his hands and entered with a single real thrust.
This time there was no code. There was no simulation. Only flesh, heat and his best friend’s cock opening him all the way. Leo tried to resist. He tried to close his mouth. Kai leaned over his back and whispered against his ear:
“Don’t hold back.”
The order was enough.
The moans came out broken, high, completely feminine. Every thrust made the breasts bounce against the mattress and a brutal pleasure rise up his spine. Leo hated every sound that came out of his throat… and at the same time the body asked for more, pushed back, opened with desperation.
“Look how you’ve adapted,” Kai growled, gripping his waist. “Weeks of training. You don’t even really fight anymore.”
When Kai came inside, hot and thick, Leo came too, trembling, with a sob that was half rage and half surrender. Kai let him fall onto the bed, still inside, and stroked his hair with an almost affectionate falseness.
Then he pulled out, stood up beside the bed and pointed at his own cock, shiny with cum and Leo’s fluids.
“Clean me.”
Leo dragged himself to the edge of the mattress. He opened his mouth. The taste filled him completely: salty, bitter, his. While he ran his tongue and lips around Kai’s cock, a cold and definitive certainty settled in his chest.
His mind no longer belonged to him.
His body didn’t either.
And the most terrifying thing of all…
was that, while he tasted his best friend’s cock, a part of him — the part the training had cultivated for weeks — could only think that life is not a video game. It feels much better.
The End.
